GlocalNet Church Planting Residency

A church planting residency dedicated to equipping leaders to engage the public square. Aspiring leaders are immersed in a comprehensive process that integrates the foundation teachings of the Kingdom of God, discipleship, society and the role of the church in the Public Square. Participants will learn to navigate the intersection of faith and society; learning to articulate and apply biblical principles to contemporary social issues. This residency empowers leaders to not only establish vibrant churches but also to actively contribute to positive societal change, bridging the gap between sacred and secular with compassion, wisdom and integrity.

DFW CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENCY

This Residency will offer:

  • Practical Training

    Hands-on training for you that is practical to your church plant

  • Mentorship and hands-on experience

    A mentor that can be with you throughout the journey

  • Learn How to Engage

    Explore the complexities of society through theological and sociological lenses, learning to critically engage the cultural trends and issues.

  • The Role of the Church

    The role of the church is examined in depth, and it’s call to be a transformative agent in the public square, advocating for justice, compassion and reconciliation.

  • How to Have Constructive Dialogue

    Engage in constructive dialogue, address systemic injustice and promote holistic flourishing.

  • How to establish thriving communities of faith

    Go deep into church culture and how your community of faith can flourish

  • How the Church is Called as Transformation Agent

    How the church is called to be a transformative agent in the public square advocating for justice, compassion and reconciliation.

Wednesday nights 6:30-8pm at Northwood Church  - Room 401

Dinner will be provided for your family. Wives are invited to join husband in these classes.

Northwood offers childcare and also program for kids of all ages.
